Dr. Rajat Kumar Panigrahi, Principal

He introduced a novel way of bringing together industries and the workers to establish a training system and develop skills of the industrial trainees in accordance with the requirement of the industries.

The students are attached to the industries where they can undertake the practical job. The technicians, supervisors, engineers working in the industries guide them. During the course, the trainees get exposure to the industrial environment just as medical interns in medical colleges are trained in hospitals.
